Payment
We accept payment by Paypal. We can also accept cheques, international money orders and Bacs payments upon request. Please note that as items are made to order, no item will be started until payment is received.
Deliveries
All items are made to order so please allow up to 28 days before shipping from the date of the payment (Except during and after Christmas and New Year holiday period. If you order before and during this period please contact us for the estimated lead time as most of businesses close during this time which affect our production). However, if you require the item by certain date, please contact us first. Before big events, we get booked up quite quickly (February, April and September/October). All items will be shipped by recorded delivery by Royal Mail as standard. If you prefer to use the courier service such as Fedex, that is also an option. Please contact us for individual quote.
It will take longer than 28days for Custom Made and Made to measure orders as it is necessary to discuss and confirm the measurements and design details. Please check with us in advance if you need the garments by specific time.
Note for customers outside EU: We are not liable for the import tax/charges that may occur at the custom in your country. Please check the rules in your country and let us know there is any special instruction/requirements.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only when the item is damaged in post. If there is any query on the product, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing the item.
If you ordered a wrong size, you may return the item for exchange in a different size at no extra cost except for the postage charge that have to be paid by the customer for both ways. In any case, customers must inform us within 48hours of delivery of any faulty, damaged garments or ordering a wrong size for repair or replacement.
Please note – when sending the garments back , please use recorded insured service. We cannot be liable for the items lost or damaged in the post or by the courier.
Returned goods will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear or sign of any attempt of customization and in original packaging they must be returned within 48 hours of delivery for repair or replacement..
We cannot be liable for badly handled rubber (damage, tear etc). Please read the latex care not carefully if you are not familier with latex clothing.Any adjustment (size etc) can be arranged with postage paid by the customer. When you ordered the bigger size, it could be adjusted in most cases. However if you ordered a smaller size, in most cases we will have to make a new one. Please note the lead time will be same as new orders which is 28days before shipping.
For made to measure custom orders
Due to the fact that the garments are made to specific measurements, we cannot accept the returns. We are based in London and any made to measure customer is welcome to come for the initial and the final fittings. If fitting is not possible for any reason (for example when customers are abroad/far), the size adjustment can be arranged for free (in coming postage has to be covered by the customer). Please note – when sending the garments back , please use recorded insured service. We cannot be liable for the items lost or damaged in the post or by the courier.
Size Guide
Please check each measurement (Bust, Waist, Hips) and choose the right size for you. If any of the measurement differ significantly from the size chart or/and if you are not sure which is suitable for you, please contact us first then we can help you to pick the right size for you.
Some of the items can be made to measure with no extra charge. Please select Made to measure when you place the order then we will email you the instruction where/how to measure.
Latex Care
Light coloured latex is extremely sensitive to make up/paint or metal. Both could stain latex for good and especially any contact with metal could stain latex for good very quickly so be careful of the body jewellery (if you have one, remove AND cover it with plasters), handbag parts, metal chairs etc.
To wear the latex garments, you will need plenty of talcum powder or latex safe lubricant (if it says safe to use with condom then it’s safe) or better still special dressing aid lubricant. Do not try to get into the garment without it otherwise you could tear the garment. Also be careful of your sharp nails and other sharp object that could pierce through the latex.
To polish latex you can use the latex safe lubricant (or silicone latex polish liquid, or latex safe silicone spray. (if you have a bottle of latex lubricant, you can use it for both wearing and polishing)
Do not put any oil on latex as it will deteriorate latex.
Do not dry clean or iron.
Once worn, you can wash the garment in the warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly and drip dry. Put the garment in the plastic bag and store away from sunlight as it will also deteriorate latex.
Custom Orders
Anything is possible to make, if you have an idea tell us about it and we will start from there. If you don’t have any idea then we will find one for you!The process will include, a few sketches to decide on design and colours, then measuring session (If you can do it by yourself you can just send in the measurements), once the base of the garment is done, first fitting before completing the outfit then final fitting once it’s completed.
